Yoga, Meditation, and Self-Care
Many of us have lived or live a daily reality with demanding work and many social obligations. The new technologies were conceived in order to simplify and make our day-to-day simpler and simpler, but they did not fulfill their objective. In the end, they demand that we be available continuously, and our time for ourselves and for relaxation is reduced to the minimum expression.
We are evolving into a culture in which you have to be continually doing things, and being “busy” is perceived as a good thing. This frantic activity does not help us find ourselves. If we walk through life at 300 kilometers per hour and immersed in a sea of endless activities and obligations, it is very difficult to see the landscape and feel like ourselves.
This retreat is designed to make you feel relaxed and energized. The November yoga and meditation retreat is designed to focus on what is really important to you, so that you can move away from the daily crossroads and have a better perspective of the landscape, your destiny, and your goals.
The November Retreat Includes:
- Accommodation at the Yoga Pyrenees Retreat Center, a 13th-century building
- Vegetarian, ecological, and Ayurvedic meals from our orchard or friendly orchards
- Yoga, pranayama, and meditation at dawn to activate us
- Pranayama, meditation, and yoga at the end of the day to sleep better
- Conscious hiking through the woods near the center
- Fruit and tea always available
