Welcome to our October yoga and meditation retreat. We are delighted to have designed this yoga retreat in the Navarrese Pyrenees that combines all our favorite things in life in a very special weekend.
We enjoy ecological, vegetarian, and Ayurvedic healthy meals at home to ensure that we are properly nourished, and we explore the local cuisine so that we can nourish ourselves in a different way. We visit the forest, we take walks, but above all, we have fun and relax.
The Pyrenees Yoga and Meditation Retreat Center is located in the middle of nature between two unique enclaves. The first is the jungle of Irati, the second-largest beech forest in Europe after the Black Forest. The second enclave is Roncesvalles, an essential medieval enclave to understanding the history of the kingdom of Navarra.
The October retreat features two daily practices: a solar activation practice in the morning and a lunar regeneration practice at night. We offer millenary tools to get closer to living life to the fullest, optimizing the mind and body through yogic practices.
The October Retreat Includes:
- Stay at Casa Marterena, a palace house from the 13th century
- Organic, Ayurvedic, and vegetarian food
- Yoga sessions and guided meditation early in the morning to activate
- Yoga sessions and relaxing meditation at the end of the day
- Hiking through the nearby millenary beech trees
- Fruit, tea, and infusions available
