Spend a Weekend Relaxing & Practicing Yoga in September
Do you feel like enjoying a relaxed weekend where you can rest and reconnect? In our September retreat, we practice yoga, panayama, and meditation. We also contribute millenary techniques to rediscover inner happiness, positivity, and vision for the future. The entire retreat is designed to create a truly relaxing environment. Treat yourself to feeling positive, rejuvenated, and ready to follow your dreams in this unique September retreat.
Our centre is located near Roncesvalles, a beautiful medieval town on the way to Santiago. You also enjoy the unique pure air from the Pyrenees and the Irati jungle, the second-largest forest in Europe after the Black Forest in Germany.
The September yoga retreat includes guided yoga and group meditation classes, organic food, Ayurveda, accommodation, and nature excursions.
The September Retreat Includes:
- Stay in a double room for shared or individual use in the Pyrenees Yoga Retreat Center located in a completely renovated palace house from the 13th-century.
- Vegetarian, ecological, and Ayurvedic food from our orchard or friendly orchards
- Complete yoga classes, pranayama, and guided meditation at dawn to activate
- Complete classes of pranayama and guided sunset meditation to relax and sleep better
- Conscious hiking around the center
- Tea and fruit always available
