Relax & Unwind During Our Easter Retreat
During Holy Week, we offer you a very special retreat where you can relax and enjoy the benefits of the practice.
We meet in the Navarrese Pyrenees, a special place that invites you to stop time and lead a simple and relaxed life. This idyllic framework facilitates meditation, relaxation, and reconnection with who we truly are, far from the noise and stress of the city.
In the Easter retreat, we practice yoga and meditation. We want you to deepen or explore these disciplines. Also, above all, we are going to have fun.
The food is vegetarian and preferably Ayurvedic. The organic food is served freshly from our garden or from friendly gardens.
The Easter Retreat Includes:
- Three nights accommodation in a 13th-century palace house, completely renovated but maintaining all the flavor of its royal past
- Ayurvedic, vegetarian, and organic food from our orchard or friendly orchards
- Yoga classes, meditation, and guided pranayama at dawn to activate
- Yoga classes, meditation, and guided pranayama at dusk to deactivate and sleep better
- Excursion through the jungle of Irati, the second-largest forest in Europe
- Excursion through Roncesvalles and Burguete, medieval enclaves full of mysteries and mysticisms
- Excursion on the road to Santiago
- Pieces of fruit, tea, and infusions always available.

Because we have very small groups of only nine people, the practices can be customized, and therefore what is presented here may vary.
